The Application Autopilot feature is the fastest way to apply to jobs and get you towards the front of the application queue. As new jobs are posted, we’ll identify the best matches for you and immediately get your application ready to submit. We’ll do the work for you to increase your chances of getting more offers.
Q: What is Application autopilot?
There’s nothing worse than submitting an application for the perfect job, only to find out it’s already been filled. Introducing: Application Autopilot! When you opt in to Application Autopilot, you’re giving us permission to start the application and submission process on your behalf. The moment a job that fits your Profile gets posted, we’ll start our internal review process and submit your application. By doing this, we can make sure that you haven't missed the perfect job opportunity, and that you’re one of the first applicants to send in an application. Because you’ll be one of the first submissions, you’ll have a higher chance of getting an offer.
If we need any additional information from you to complete your application, someone on our team will reach out to you.
Q: What criteria are you using to decide which jobs I’m being submitted to?
We use your Profile and Preferences from your account, and find jobs that match them. This includes factors like: qualifications, certifications, location preference, shift preference, etc. To increase your chances of getting an offer, make sure your profile and preferences are up to date and complete, especially your start date.
Q: How will I know when you’ve submitted me for a job?
If we identify a job that matches your qualifications and preferences, you’ll receive an email letting you know you’ve been submitted. Depending on your notification settings, you may also receive a text message or a push notification from our mobile app.
Q: Will this guarantee that I receive an offer?
We cannot guarantee that any submissions through this program will lead to an offer, but it can significantly increase your chances.
Q: Will I have an opportunity to speak with the facility to learn more about their unit?
If you have specific questions, we would be happy to reach out to the facility on your behalf. If the facility offers you an interview, you’ll be able to coordinate with the hiring manager to schedule one and our team can help facilitate that interview scheduling.
Q: Will I be expected to accept these offers?
No, you are not required to accept any offers received through this program. If you are no longer interested in a match and your application hasn’t been submitted yet, you can withdraw your application in your application Center (find the three dots, and click on “Withdraw Application”). If your application has already been submitted, please email email@example.com and we can withdraw your application for you.
If we find that you are declining multiple offers, we will reach out to gain feedback and explore how to best find a job that fits what you’re looking for moving forward.
Q: Have you found any jobs for me yet?
We are actively reviewing jobs and will email you if you are submitted to a job that matches your profile and preferences.
Q: Is there a way to opt in or out of the program at any time?
Yes, you can change your program status at any time. To change it, navigate to the Settings page in your account, click on Application Autopilot and adjust your preferences there.
Q: How is Application Autopilot different from Quick Apply?
You may see a Quick Apply tag on the search page which indicates that you meet the license, certifications, and experience requirements for these jobs, and have just a few outstanding requirements. However, you are still fully responsible for sending in your application to these jobs, versus Application Autopilot, where the application process is started for you.
Q: How is Application Autopilot different from 1-Click Apply?
While 1-Click Apply jobs are ones where you’re fully qualified and can apply with a click of a button, you’ll still need to find the jobs and manually apply yourself. With Application Autopilot, we take care of finding the jobs that you’re qualified for and start the application process for you. This way, we can submit you faster and increase your chances of an offer.
Q: After I’m matched to a job through Application Autopilot, what can I expect?
We will notify you as soon as we find a job that matches what you’re looking for. Depending on your notification settings, you’ll be notified via email, text, and/or push notification. If we have everything we need for your application, we will submit you to the facility. From there, you could be contacted for an interview, or find out the job has been filled. There may be cases where we’ve found a great match based on your qualifications and Preferences, but we’ll need a couple of items to submit your application due to facility requirements. We recommend that you visit your Application Center and get those items completed asap to submit you faster and increase your chances of an offer.
Q: What if I’m not ready to apply and be matched?
If you log in to your Application Autopilot page, you can set the date that you’d like to turn on the feature for by clicking the “Pause my Applications” button. Once that date passes, we’ll resume searching and applying for jobs based on your qualifications and preferences.
Q: Why aren’t I getting any matches through Application Autopilot?
We may not have any new jobs that match your preferences yet or you may need to add more information to your Profile to ensure that we’re able to match you to the jobs that you’re qualified for. Feel free to reach out to our Navigator team if you have additional questions or need support finding jobs!
