How do I access my.adp.com?

An email notification will be sent to everyone on 1/31/2024 with step-by-step instructions and key information required for registering before gaining access to the W2 statement.
***If you have not received an email notification, please check your spam folder. If you are still missing the notification, please contact us at NomadW2@nomadhealth.com - If you have used my.adp.com in the past, with a previous employer, you will be able to access your W2 statement with the same credentials.

What if I changed my mailing address?
- Your W2 was mailed to the address we had on file as of the end of December 2023. If your address changed after this timeframe, we recommend you obtain an electronic copy of your W2 via my.adp.com
- If you would like a copy of your W2 mailed to your updated address, we would need to wait for your original W2 to be sent back to us, so that we are able to send it to the new address as only one copy is generated.

- If you forgot your username please click on the hyperlink that says “Forgot your user ID?
- Enter your first and last name along with your email address or phone number
- Enter the last 4 of your SSN
- ADP will populate your user ID

- If you forgot your password please click on the hyperlink that says “Forgot your user ID?
- Enter your first and last name along with your email address or phone number
- Enter the last 4 of your SSN
- ADP will populate your user ID
- Click the button that says “I don’t know my password”
- You will be asked to follow a security verification process
- Complete the steps and you will be able to create a new password
