Please add a note when submitting your timecard indicating when you were called off (or called out sick), and when you were supposed to work. Please do not log a shift during those hours. Guaranteed hours will be reviewed and accounted for accordingly based on your contract details.
Nomad follows state-specific regulations for COVID pay and accrual of sick time. If you have any accrued sick time, that can be used towards any pay period where you need to call out sick due to COVID or other illnesses. Please reach out to your Nomad Navigator directly if you are quarantining due to COVID and would like to use sick time - they can assist with next steps.
If you have approved time off please submit a blank timecard with a note that you were on approved time off, for our payroll team’s reference.
