Submitting your timecard
Timecards must be submitted by Twelve PM EST on Monday. Reminders to submit your timecard are sent twice. Once at Twelve EST Sunday, twenty-four hours prior to the submission deadline of Twelve PM EST Monday, and the second at Twelve PM EST Monday, if you missed the deadline. The reminder will be sent as a notification in the Nomad app’s notification center. If enabled, you’ll also receive a push notification.
Late timecard submissions
Timecards submitted after Twelve PM EST Monday may lead to further delay in processing the timecard for on-time payment. If this occurs, please submit your timecard ASAP and send a direct message to your Nomad payroll resource through the Timekeeper function.
Can a correction to a timecard be made after it’s submitted?
Yes, if you need to correct your timecard after submission, please reach out through the messaging system in the app or through Payroll@Nomadhealth.com to let us know of the situation and ask that your timecard is reopened. Once your timecard is reopened, you can make corrections and resubmit your time.
How do I submit my timecard if my facility is on an alternate or non-standard work week?
If you have a differential pay period, you can submit your timecard through Nomadhealth.com/timecards.
