Our weekly pay rate is structured into two segments:
- A non-taxable weekly stipend, which includes allowances for housing, meals, and incidentals.
- Your hourly income, subject to taxation based on local tax rates.
Combining these two segments will give you the total gross weekly pay. Also, each job description includes a compensation table with an estimated breakdown of these two components.
The non-taxable portion of your pay is calculated in accordance with GSA/government regulations, and you will find a detailed breakdown of each rate (taxed, non-taxable, overtime, etc.) listed in your offer details.
Pay change on job post
The pay rates listed on the job postings are ultimately subject to change. Fluctuations in pay are driven by a combination of factors including budget limitations of facilities and maintaining competitiveness in the industry. As facility needs vary in scope, budget constraints occasionally lead to adjustments in pay rates. Additionally, adapting to market dynamics is essential to stay competitive, prompting occasional changes in compensation packages.
Rest assured, changes are communicated transparently, and our commitment to fair compensation remains unchanged.
Overtime and holiday rates
As a gesture of recognition and fair compensation, many healthcare systems implement specific overtime and holiday rate policies for nurses. The minimum overtime rate is currently set at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate.
Please note that the overtime rate may differ depending on the specific healthcare facility. Once we extend an offer to you, our team will provide a detailed explanation of your compensation package, including the exact overtime and holiday rates.
